Recruiter is not your 'labour department'...


They are handling lots of job applicants & roles...


They have lots of KPIs to meet & follow...


They need to do business development as well...


Recruiter is assisting the hiring process only...


Recruiter is not the ultimate hiring manager...


They don't have time to handle all the candidates...


They are not going to give you any feedback (if you fail)...


They will not actively search & apply for a job...


Their clients/customers are indeed the hiring managers...


They only listen to them & find the right people matched with the Job...


So, they have the right & power to choose whom to meet...


And they will scan, select & shortlist whatever they like...


They call you is to understand your profile, not to give you a job...


They will frustrate you if you don't know how to handle them!


However, Recruiters is the best person for you to get hired!


Recruiters can be your partner & help your career change!


So, you have to know how to network & be friends with them!
