As soon as HR or Hiring Manager sees the mistakes, their focus has shifted from the content on to the mistakes.

Other than grammar, common Resume mistakes may also include:

Misspellings, Bad Formatting, or Too much (packed) text, some bold, some italic (or too many company logos).
