I've shortlisted a person with an unstable resume.


But I never questioned him why he has been so unstable in his past.


When my hiring manager asked me why... I said: 👇


It is because I was once like him; I changed 35 jobs... however...


I am where I am now because someone gave me a chance!!


I won't concern about his instability, as long as he matches the JD & Job requirement.


This should be your attitude towards hiring people as well.


At least we should arrange an Interview and understand more!


Give someone a chance and be the symbol of hope in this time of crisis!!
