After resignation, there is a new way of handover your work!! 👇
This innovative idea brought to you by one of the healthcare companies.
Here is what they do:
Whenever any employee resigned, the company gives him/her one plant immediately. He/she needs to do plantation at companies backyard area and needs to take care during the notice period.
Though it is voluntary they have successfully planted 12 trees in the last 3 months.
Now, the person who replaces the resigned employee needs to further take care of this plant until the probation period ends.
The HR Director of the company said, in this way, new joiners get emotionally attached to the growing plant and possibly to the company.
Not only help the environment and sustainability... they have also measured the employee happiness ratio increased.
I think this is a great initiative, WIN-WIN 🤝🤝😊
