Why Interview Once then Get Hired is actually not good?


I remembered there are 4 companies offered me a job with just ONE Interview.


I only met with the boss, and even did not meet with HR or the reporting manager.


They offered me on the spot in just an hour and I don’t have time to think about the salary.


My experience? I could only stay there for a couple of months.


Why? Because I don’t know who is the hiring manager, I don’t know their company culture.


I only know the company and the role from that one Interview ONLY.


Not only the company has to know whether you are a good fit for the role.


You also need to familiar with the demands of that given position.


An interview allows both parties to exchange information, ask questions and evaluate the potential partnership.


Both parties have an opportunity to get a “feel” and determine if the “chemistry” is right.


My suggestion will be to request one more round of Interviews or have more time to think about the offer.
