Top 10 HR Assumptions or Excuses for NOT to Hire Freshers! ๐Ÿ‘‡

1. Freshers are the LEAST priority for companies. (Who cares?)

2. Freshers don't have WORK experience. (How can you say without giving them chances?)

3. Freshers are too ambitious or demanding, they always want more! (What's wrong with it?)

4. Freshers Education is of no use to the company! (But your education may be out-dated as well!)

5. Freshers won't work hard. (But they work smart & technical savvy that meet today's demand!)

6. Freshers wants Flexibility and Work-life balance. (They only have entry-level salary!)

7. Freshers has No liability so they must not pay well. (Who gonna decide that?)

8. Freshers are Not Employable! (Did you tried them and check their ability?)

9. Freshers need much focus on learning, salary will increase later (but later mostly never comes!)

10. When we were Freshers we had struggle a lot and our Employers exploited us. (So now YOU exploit Freshers in return?)

I've worked for CityU & helping many Freshers; this is really what I know!

To be honest, some companies may not even pay Fresher a market rate!
