Recruiters / Hiring Managers, please don't ask candidates to leave just after the initial 10 minutes of the Interview!!


That's extremely bad! If you really want to learn someone's background, 10 mins are enough?!


When you are interviewing someone, don't just find out if they match with your required role.


You can also consider their attitude, passion, willingness, professionalism & consistency!


#Jobseekers prepared a lot, submit their applications, took out their time, with Hope to meet with you!!


It's not respectful if you are not listening or play around with your mobile or computer!


Please treat everyone the same! They are your potential customers!


If they really not match with the role, tell them on the spot, provide feedback or mistakes they made.


So that they can move on and be better prepare for the next opportunity!


Your little kindness & actions can inspire someone's life forever!


And you never know, the person you rejected will be helping you in the future?!
