People get really mad at Recruiters for GHOSTING and not telling them the exact salary of a role upfront! I understand. I was #jobseekers too~ It’s so frustrating to go through an entire process or get an offer way less than what you would ever want. Have you experienced the same thing? Comment below... 👇 I believe companies should have the budget of each role so ranges could be discussed upfront. Then Recruiter and the Candidate are not completely wasting their time. Because we sometimes shuffle around the question: "How much does this role pay?" or "How should I position myself and tell the company my expected salary..." Not because we don’t like to be transparent... But because we DON’T want to be a liar. At the end of the day, we are NOT the employer. We cannot guarantee that an employer will pay up to our expectations! It involves too much human judgment sometimes.
