My business partner's phone was ringing. His boss called him but he ignoring it.


We were sitting in a Bar catching up, and discuss our partnership.


After the fourth ring, I asked my business partner:

"Aren't you going to answer that?"


He shook his head and replied with four words I've never forgotten:


"Client is more important."


Wow... at that moment, I was his priority.


Even we are having "Happy Hour" but in fact, we are doing business.


It was a powerful feeling. I felt valued.


Technology has brought a number of distraction.


Text messages, chat notification, ring, beep, buzz...


Some boss checks their employees via phone...


Some employees must compete for their manager's time.


BUT... think about that...


Business invests their attention with their target customers.


With happy customers, so your business grows.
