Wow... who do they want to hire? Facebook started in 2004 only...


Companies and Hiring Managers, please stop asking for how many years of experience.


And please Stop Looking for an unrealistic person in the world to do your job!!


If you want to look for a "Perfect" candidate, you will be losing your "Suitable" candidate.


There is NO one able to tick all the boxes!!


Just give someone a chance!! Some of the skills can be learnable and trainable?


Your company should also provide on-the-job training and development too!


Hiring for Attitude!! Hiring for Passion and Hiring for the potential to grow!!


Change your perspectives, you will find your best staff and VIP employee!
