If a company needs more than 3 months to HIRE you, there is a problem too!
If a company can’t tell you the salary until the end of the process, they can ghost you.

Change company every 3 years and you are considered as “Jumpy”
Unemployed for more than 3 months, you are being labeled as “Loser”
If you stay with a company for at least 3 years, they may think you are “Boring”
So if Hiring Companies don’t like career diversity and don’t respect loyalty.
What exactly are they looking for? Don’t waste people's time.
Job Seekers need to take a lot of effort to prepare for their job application.
There is NO perfect candidate exists!!
Hiring for attitude and try to consider their potential and personality instead.
People first and the best way??
