If a company needs more than 3 months to HIRE you, there is a problem too!


If a company can’t tell you the salary until the end of the process, they can ghost you.

What exactly are they looking for? Don’t waste people's time.


Job Seekers need to take a lot of effort to prepare for their job application.


There is NO perfect candidate exists!!


Hiring for attitude and try to consider their potential and personality instead.
