I was INTERVIEWING a candidate whom I asked about salary expectations.

She said: Anything more than her previous role. She was unemployed for a while.

I could see she was so frustrated during job searching and answering this question.

Because everyone keeps asking what is her lowest possible salary and rejected her.

So I advised her to always research and look up the current market rates.

Jobseekers, learn to fight for your best salary and don't let someone look you down!!

Don't be afraid to ask for the salary that you deserved. You have value in the market!!

You may be jobless, but this is just temporary and always believe in yourself!
