He worked in a completely different field and doesn't have any experience at that time, but he has the right attitude.
9 years ago, I hired Philip and that decision makes me save a lot of money.
Hiring managers, if you are reading this, do go for attitude more than experience.
Don't judge people based on a resume (or paper).
You can definitely train someone for skills...
But you cannot train someone for attitude.
