- Cover Letter
- Fill in an application form
- Provide a reference letter
- Salary Proof, etc...
If you are NOT intended to Hire or Offer them.
You are just wasting their time and making trouble.
In the end, if you do not get back with them...
All they perceived from you is: "GHOSTING"
Show respect to people who have applied.
They are your potential customers too!!
Hiring for Attitude, please.
Give chance to people with employment gaps, etc... to explain...
Call them for an Interview and provide feedback too!
