Please stop asking for a Masters's Degree graduates and someone with prior working experience for ENTRY Level jobs! And yet, you are still paying for Entry-level salary, that's disgusting!!
Pay someone a market rate, focus on their value, and what they can contribute.
Pay someone according to their relevant experience, their background, and their knowledge, please!
Try to adjust your job title and offer a better salary for someone with prior working experiences!
