Don't ask the candidate to do an online assessment test

- As you can assess them yourself


Don't ask "What is your 5 years plan?"

- I bet you don't even know if you will stay on for next year or not.


Don't ask the candidate for a presentation or proposal

- As these are only hypothetical situations and will not happen


Hey... simply Don't ASK!!

- Just call them up for an Interview and know them more. OK?
