Age is just a number. It's not a fair indicator of skill. Hiring for Attitude, please!
During the Interview, you need to know their performance and potential to contribute!

A 40-year old candidate can still be a fast learner...
Give people a CHANCE, you will never know what value they can bring to you!
Don't just reject old candidates right away!
You just got to be generous in giving them a chance to shine!
