Please note: What frustrated Job Seekers the most is...
Not the rejection email they received.
It's they can't find any REASONs for being rejected.
Many of my students complained were ghosted by you!
Give someone feedback, give someone a chance, and hire for attitudes.
Next time, if you are going to interview a job applicant, please show them some respect.
It's never too late to tell them the reason why they are not selected.
Please let Job Seekers know the reason so that they can move on.
Your little kindness could last in that person's heart.
