- Commitment

- Dedication

- Confidence

- Reliability

- Loyalty

Do you Agree? You can't teach them these attributes!!

These are the important elements and attitudes for the best employees!

But as always you can train people these skills, which is learnable and trainable:

- Word

- Excel

- PowerPoint

- Outlook

- SAP

- CRM System

- Other in-house developed systems

Although everyone can do the task, however people with a better attitude are always WIN??
