After Interview... I rather you say definitely "NO" to a candidate than you say "Great! If you are selected, we will contact you within a few days!"

However, in reality, you will never get back to the candidate you rejected.

Don't give FALSE hope to job seekers, please provide your honest feedback, and if he/she really not suitable for the role, let them know.

Therefore, they can move on, rather than stay at home but waiting for your calls...
