Straight-forward and say "NO" to a candidate rather than to say "Thanks, we will contact you within 2 weeks", but you NEVER actually providing any status updates.


We all know you are busy, but we think you are not respectful to your candidate.


A candidate is a potential customer of your company!

Treat them well.
