Please STOP ghosting job seekers! Be honest with them if you have a "REAL" role or not!
People will have false hope and keep waiting for you to call them!!
What they need is an opportunity, care for them, and spend a few minutes to call them for feedback, please!
I admitted that during my 10 years of HR/Recruitment, I have ghosted people because I don't have the role and indeed still doing business development.
But let's change the angle to look at this situation? Would you like someone to ghost you?
