Dear Hiring Managers,
It is not reputable to post jobs on any job boards if you have already identified that position internally.
Think about the hundreds of people who applied, and those who even went through interviews thinking they had a chance when they never did.
This is no cool... so how do you manage your candidate experience during the whole Recruiting process?
When you already knew the job was going to fill internally and HR had to post it by law or common practice. It's is not good...
Please if you were in that candidate's shoes at one point, let's not forget everyone's time is equally valuable.
