WHY? Even they may not qualified for the role...

Even They may not have enough experience for the job...

Even They may not have a well-written or attractive CV... BUT...

Indeed, They are your potential customers!

Give them some feedback or positive words of encouragement.

Thanks for their application, Call them, and please Treat them like HUMAN!

If you are OK... send some quick tips helping them in their job search.

With that minor tweak, you could change someone's life forever!
