Clap your hands now, Clap Clap Clap!

Clap your hands now, Clap Clap Clap!

I have signed a Contract with a bank & Visa approved!

BUT... your offer was withdrawn!! What?!

I thought I can start a new working environment in a new country.

Is my future employer able to rescind my offer? Why?!

The secret is you failed the Reference Check & Credit Report that you don't know.

Most of the employment contract will have a clause like this.

Particularly for banking, they need to comply with lots of government regulation.

If there is something wrong with the checking, the company can definitely revoke the offer.

This post is a sad but true story from one of my students.

So, job seekers, you have to work closely with your HR & Recruiters until actually on-board.

And to ensure you can provide valid proof & referee to vouch for you.

On the other hand, you have to provide a CV in accordance with facts & truth as well.

After Interview to Negotiate Offer to On-boarding, there are also techniques.

Do you also want to know how to negotiate a better salary?

My Masterclass "Find Your Ideal nextRoles in A Month!" did mention that.

If you want to enroll, please 'Follow Me' and #nextRoles hashtag.

Comment "nextRoles" below & Send me a DM. I'll provide detail afterward.
