BOSS: I need to make sure you guys safe, so I need to see you Online and need to know your movements! Due to Coronavirus, understand it’s dangerous for you to go out. No Hiking and Please don’t go out for lunch!
Employee: [Thinking] Okay fine! That’s enough! I am starting and finishing on time. Only do what you mentioned. Nothing more.

Micromanagement is a complete waste of time. It sucks the life out of employees.
If you hired someone for a job, you gotta trust them to get it done!
