2 weeks after the Interview, the Hiring Manager calls a candidate to ask her if...

She would be interested to meet with another manager... hmm! Do you think it was too late?

My student was surprised and declined politely, because she has already accepted another offer!

Hey Hiring Manager, if you like someone, why can't you just make a quicker decision??

A good candidate in the market will not wait for you!

Even though the candidate think your company was the first priority...

But because of your indecisiveness and need so many rounds of Interviews...

But because you want to meet with more candidates, and chase for the "PERFECT" one...

You will miss out on the "Suitable" candidates that should be 'Perfect for you'!

What's your thought??

Have you experienced something like this??
