During my job application,
I sent 15 targeted connection requests,
But to be ignored 15 times.
When I almost lose hope... then I saw this:
A post from someone who was in the role that I wish to apply for!
I commented and connected with him...
It got me to call him and have a coffee chat...
That led to my second, third one, and then a few more!
Sometimes you just need that one person to HELP you break into the Network.
You can then rely on the LinkedIn Network to find your ideal #nextRoles in a month!
