2. They point out problems and able to provide solutions/suggestions others do not
3. They constantly try to improve everything, do something great and starting with themselves
4. They are loyal, honest, hard-working and passionate about their work as always
5. They exceed expectations for their performance appraisal and have excellent teamwork too
6. They remain positive in negative situations and are the sunshine to help everyone else
7. They have a strong sense of ownership, of urgency, and of responsibility
8. They challenge the status quo, and come up with new ideas to do things
9. They are always nice people, polite and built a good relationship with internal stakeholders
If people aren’t performing well, then it does not matter how smart they are.
